Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Payment
PayPal is the only payment method we accept.

Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior to bidding. All PayPal payments must be confirmed (shipping and billing addresses must match).

Payment must be made within 48 hrs of the auction end time.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery details
Standard Service includes China post airmail and ePacket.
Expedited Service is China Post EMS.
We ship Monday – Saturday excluding holidays. Please send us an email BEFORE your payment if you wish to change shipping address.

Standard Service takes about 15-30 business days (Except for Italy, Russia, Ukraine,Kazakhstan, East Europe and South America, which will take 30-45 days). Please note that this service is NOT trackable.

Expedited Service takes about 10-15 business days.

The shipping time during Holiday Season (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.) could be longer than usual.
Please add another 5-10 days to the normal delivery time.

Note: ePacket is not available for buyers from Costa Rica, so shipping time is generally 3-5 weeks
