Shipping policy


We offer shipping service to the Continental United States (lower 48 states). This service excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO. This shipping service is free for all orders. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Delivery Information
Delivery time for most items can take up to 10 business days. If you do not receive your order after 15 business days (three weeks) of placing it, please contact us at [email protected]

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
Currently our online store does not offer shipping service options to these locations. Please contact us at [email protected] for details on possible shipments and rates for these locations.

Shipping to a P.O. Box
Items available at will be too large for delivery to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a physical address.


Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The product was delivered in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The packaging is unopened
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Step 2: Contact Us

Step 3: Prepare shipment
Send the product in its original packing with a copy of the Return Authorization (RA) email to the address specified by the customer service representative. is not responsible for the cost or arranging of return shipping. Customer is responsible for risk of loss of, or damage to the product during shipping (both to and from Return freight costs for issues related to shipping errors by the carrier, damage in transit, and other events outside of the direct control of will not be covered. Any Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Step 4: Collect Refund
You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details. All refunds will be issued with deduction of but not limited to a 25% restocking fee. Any items over 10lbs will be charged an additional “heavy item” handling fee of $6.99 per item. The weight of each item is specified below each product’s description.
