NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

Over the past 6 years, I have sold over 1800 items
at a well known web site with 100% positive feedback.
(no neutrals and no negatives)

I just received my first negative feedback ever and
it was on BONANZA.

A buyer from Australia purchased a set of two items
that go together from me for us$ 79.50. He is angry
and claims that he can buy the two items from a dealer
in Australia for $ 35.00. – HE CAN’T.

I did a worldwide Google search for the items and
have found several dealers that have the items listed.
ALL have the items listed as OUT OF STOCK.

There is one dealer in Australia that has ONE of the two
items listed for $40.00 – BUT he does not have it and
he does not have the other item listed at all.

Bonanza removed his negative feedback text because
it contained a negative slur.

Shipping policy

Please ask for mailing cost to your location before purchasing.

I ship the next business day after receiving payment.

Sometimes – the same day.

I ship to the USA, Canada and most international locations.

Insurance coverage from the U.S. Postal Service is limited
for some countries and is NOT AVAILABLE for other countries.

I can not mail packages to countries where insurance is NOT AVAILABLE.

If in doubt, please ask for your country.

I COMBINE MULTIPLE ITEMS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COST.

Shipping cost is dependent on the weight of your package
and your ZIP CODE or COUNTRY/POSTAL CODE.

Only items PAID with a SINGLE PAY PAL or GOOGLE PAYMENT
can be combined in one package to save on shipping cost.

Items paid for separately must be mailed separately
and there will be no savings on shipping cost.
