Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Thank you for visiting our booth details page. If you are here, you are interested in one or more of our items and we thank you. We know there are millions of items for sale on the internet and we thank you for spending some time with us in our Bonanzle booth. We try very hard to make sure each purchase is a great experience. We ship promptly (usually within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays)and answer email in a timely fashion.

*All of our items are new.
*Your order is assembled and packed by the owner, for a personalized shopping experience.

*We accept Paypal, Google and money orders in USD.
*If you are sending a money order, please let us know it has been mailed within three days of purchase.

Shipping policy

We ship via the United States Post Office.

First Class is FREE

CANADA=First Class International is $9.00
AUSTRALIA & JAPAN =First Class International is $13.00

International customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes imposed by their countries customs.
*You should check with your countries customs department to see what they will be.

Priority Mail is $5.00

Insurance is optional(we use a private carrier not the USPS) and is listed below.
Under $50.00= $1.65
$50.01 – $100.00= $2.05
$100.01 – $200.00= $2.45

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

*We offer a 7 day inspection period.
*If you would like to return an item:
(1)It must be in its original condition-including tags.
(2)We must be notified via email within the 7 days.
(3)The package must be post marked within 10 days of receipt.
*Any item that has been tampered with or not in its original condition is sold “As is” and no refund will be issued.
*Items damaged in shipping must be returned with all the original packaging, including the shipping box or envelope.
*After we receive the item back, we will issue a refund.

If for any reason you are not pleased, it is important you contact us so we can resolve any issues. We look at every customer as a “repeat customer” and want your experience with us to be positive. We can’t make something right if you don’t let us know.

Miscellaneous details

*Items usually ship within one business day of our receiving a cleared payment.
*We will notify you via email when your item has shipped.
*Most packages will be delivered within 2-10 business days(Monday thru Friday).
*If you have not received your package by the 11th business day, please contact us via email through Bonanzle’s internal email system.
*Items usually ship within TWO business days of our receiving a cleared payment.
*We will notify you via email when your item has shipped.
*Most packages will be delivered within 10-20 business days(Monday thru Friday), but can take 6 weeks or longer if they get hung up in customs.
