Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

“I’ve Been Framed!” sells creative Officially Licensed MLB, NFL, College/University/Prep School Campuses and Destination Framed Letter Art. Our creative Letter Art Prints features individual photos of buildings, sculptures or landmarks from around the city. A caption is below each photo showing where it was taken. Expertly framed with a crystal-clear glass, this unique product arrives ready to hang in any room of the home or office.

Framed prints measure either 8" tall and 20" wide or 8" tall and 24" wide depending on the number of letters in each print. Sawtooth hanger included. Each print has colorful matting that is color coordinated with the College or Pro Team. All MLB, NFL and NCAA Colleges are officially licensed products. All prints are shipped in a Special Protective Packaging and Box. All Framed Letter Art Prints are 100% Made in the USA!!!

Our Current Processing Times for each Brand/Item are below:

  • Prints Charming Personalized and Non-Personalized Pro Sports and College Letter Art Framed Prints = Approximately 3-4 Business Days processing time. Ships from Chicago via Fed-ex Ground.

Timeframe and processing time, subject to change.

Once your order ships, we will e-mail you a Tracking # for your package.

Expedited Shipping is available and quoted upon request, as costs will vary depending on item and location shipping to. You will be provided a price difference between the cost of the Ground Shipping and the Expedited Shipping option chosen. If you wish to proceed, we will then send you a Bonanza Invoice for the total cost.

Other Misc. Information
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you place your order with the approximate processing time for your particular purchase. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your package. Please utilize and provide us with a valid e-mail address that is checked daily when placing your order so you may receive communications from us regarding your order.

IMPORTANT: Orders must be received by 8:30 am EST to count as a business day. If received after 8:30 am EST, the next business day will count as Day 1 of your order processing. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, Day After Thanksgiving and Major Holidays (President’s Day included).

Shipping Policies & Information
1.) Products that include FREE Shipping, are classified as Ground or Basic Shipping and not Express shipping.

2.) We do ship to APO / FPO addresses.

3.) We currently do not ship Internationally, including Canada and Puerto Rico. Additionally, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska, sorry.

4.) All Customers will be provided with a Tracking number for their purchase once their package ships.

5.) We take special care to ensure all our products are shipped and carefully packed in specially designed protective boxes to ensure you receive your package undamaged.

6.) None of our packages ship with an invoice. Only a packing slip that will list the contents without any pricing information.

7.) Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.

Return policy

Non-Personalized Products Purchases
1.) We have a 30 Day Return Policy on all Non-Personalized products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it, no questions asked, for a Full Refund within 30 Days from the date of purchase.

2.) Item must be returned in the original shipping box and be in as “New” Condition.

3.) Buyer will also be responsible for all return shipping charges.

4.) Package must be shipped by either UPS, Fed-ex or USPS with a Tracking Number.

5.) Tracking number must be provided to us once the package ships.

6.) Once the package is received, the refund will then be applied to the account of the payment service used for the original purchase (either Amazon Checkout or Pay Pal).

7.) All Products will also be replaced if they were “Damaged on Arrival” (DOA). Product will be exchanged/replaced with exact same product. Please contact us for instructions on how to return a damaged product.

Personalized Products
1.) We are proud of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If there is a defect in the workmanship or a personalization error made on the part of “I’ve Been Framed!”, your order will be promptly replaced at no additional charge.

2.) We cannot guarantee replacement, though, in the event that a personalization error is made in ordering on the customers behalf.

3.) As Personalized products are “personalized and made to order” , there will be no refunds for any personalized product ordered….sorry!!

4.) All customers will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail after their purchase is made. All personalization is confirmed at that time.

Miscellaneous details

We accepted Pay Pal, Amazon Pay and Stripe ("Pay With Your Card) as payment methods. If making a payment by Pay Pal, your purchase may show on your statement as “Norton’s Cove Enterprises, LLC”.
