Shipping policy

We currently ship to the continental U.S. ONLY (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or internationally.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-2 business days. Items’ location: Redlands, California.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We will send you an e-mail with tracking information and an estimated delivery date as soon as it becomes available.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

UPS delivery – No PO Box addresses please or APO/FPO addresses.

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FREE with no minimum or maximum restrictions. Items are brand new, professionally hand-packed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse.

All of our items are 100% Guaranteed, if not completely satisfied contact us right away. Your return window expires after 30 days. Do not return to the address on the package, it will delay and complicate your refund. 

At this time we do not offer Expedited Rush Shipping.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Please contact us as soon as possible BEFORE returning an item. We will provide a WAREHOUSE RETURNS address so that you receive proper credit. Please DO NOT return to the address on the package as it will complicate and delay your refund.

Your return window expires in 30 days. No replacements or refunds can be processed after that.

Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility.

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE – We will promptly replace or refund damaged or defective items at no cost to you. A photo of the damage is required for all damage claims. This will expedite a speedy, hassle-free refund or replacement. After 30 days, your return window expires and no replacements or refunds can be processed.

We appreciate our customers and if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We will do our very best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
