Store Hours (Do you have a store that I can visit?):
The answer is “Yes” and “No”
First and foremost we are jewelry&coins dealers /wholesalers. We do have an store/office with staff members rather than an anonymous call center. You are most welcome to visit our store upon prior appointment to view item(s) of your interest. Please call us at (859) 276-0014 to schedule an appointment.
We recommend you make your appointment at least two business days in advance and specify the items that you would like to see during your visit.

If you would like to pay by Visa, Master Card and Check , please contact us before purchase – we will add those payment option by request.
If you send payment by check, we will ship the item after the check is cleared, it usually takes 5~10 business days.

6% sales tax will be added to all Kentucky purchases.
*Payment is required within 3 days of purchase, if buyer needs extension of time for payment please contact us. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Domestic:Items will be shipped via First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail.
International: USPS, please contact us for shipping price before purchase.
Return Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns (except for gold & silver coins/Bullion, Custom Made/Special Order items) are accepted in the original condition within 3 business days from the day you receive the item for a refund.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns on item(s) that have been worn, re-sized, damaged, or Label has been removed.
Once we receive the returned item, our Jeweler will inspect it. As soon as it passes inspection as in the original condition, we will issue the refund.
*Refund Amount – the purchase price minus actual shipping cost to buyer.


For all the gold & silver coins/Bullion, due to the market fluctuation of precious metals, we are unable to accept returns on those item(s) unless the item(s) are not as we described.


We can not accept return for supplies including beads/funding, or any custom made/Special Order items.

Please contact us immediately by Bonanza communication for any RETURN/REFUND (for a Return Authorization Code). Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees associated with the return. Please be sure to include the Bonanza item number along with your return request. Item(s) received without an RA code might caused to delay of refund.
