Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

1. We will accept returns of blank goods only, within 30 days of shipment.

2. Returns not due to a Dillon Distributors error may incur a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs.

3. If it is necessary to make a return, enclose a copy of the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return.

4. Full credit will be given for undamaged items in their original packaging.

5. The cost of shipping will be refunded only on shipment errors made by Dillon Distributors. The cost of shipping will be deducted on returned orders that shipped free.
