Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Dragon’s Vault offers you a variety of items that catch my attention. I sell anything I think someone else may appreciate more than I do. This is not to say that I do not like these items, but that I no longer have a need for them.

Please note that most of these items have been exposed to cats, dogs, and cigarette smoke.

Make me an offer! All offers are considered, some more seriously than others :) . If you find a lower advertised price for the exact same item, please let me know. Depending on the item I may be able to match a lower price. Shipping charges are to be included in the offer amount.

I also have four other Bonanza booths: VaultFragrances, DragonCoins, VaultJewelry, and DragonsSportsVault. As the names suggest, these booths specialize in fragrances, coins, jewelry, and sports-related items. Be sure to visit these other booths as well!

Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post at the best rate available unless the customer requests and pays for an alternative shipping method.

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. If there is a delay in shipping the customer will be notified ASAP and the option given to cancel the order with no penalty.

All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Miscellaneous details

FREEBIES: Buy an item, get a freebie. If you wish to get a freebie without buying an item, shipping will be charged. Freebies may be shipped separately.

ITEM AVAILABILITY: At the time of listing, these products are in stock and ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Customer Satisfaction is a top priority to me and all efforts are made to ensure a smooth transaction.

SHIPPING: Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. If an item will take longer to process this will be indicated in the listing. Delivery usually takes 7-18 business days within North America. International shipments may take up to 6-8 weeks due to customs. The international buyer is responsible for any and all applicable duties, taxes, and customs costs.

Some items ship only to Canada and the U.S. – please refer to the listing for additional details. If the shipping charge is not shown for an item of interest, please contact me for shipping costs.

COMBINED SHIPPING: If you plan to buy more than one item I will always attempt to save you money on shipping charges and will refund you if the actual shipping costs less than I expected but my shipping charges tend to be lower than actual cost (through no fault of my own, I assure you!).

RETURN POLICY: I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of item receipt to negotiate a mutually satisfactory resolution. Please do not return the product before discussing with me. In most cases, shipping charges will only be reimbursed if I have shipped the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged due to my packaging (or lack thereof). The item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale complete with original tags and packaging.

No returns on freebies. If you do not want it it is yours to do with as you wish.

I will accept returns on the Xocai chocolate products provided the product is individually wrapped. A prorated refund will be given on any unopened portion.

QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS: Please contact me immediately if there is ever any question or concern with regard to a purchase. I aim to be reasonable, practical, and patient with regard to most situations. If there is a problem please give me the opportunity to solve it. This also applies to problems or delays with payment. In most cases we should be able to work out something agreeable to both of us.
