Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

We specialize in Henredon, Drexel Heritage, Maitland-Smith, Kincaid, Thomasville, and other designer brands at 30-70% off retail cost. We dedicate our listings to items that are typically special-order only, so you can skip the long lead times through manufacturers. Every item you see is in stock and ready to ship! And in most cases, at no additional cost to you!

Shipping policy

Shipments are picked up within 5 business days of purchase. Standard transit times via freight (or, arrival times to you) are between 10-25 business days from the pickup date, with West Coast area deliveries typically on the longer end of estimates and East Coast shipments on the shorter end. High value, heavy weight, and oversized items cannot be rush shipped. Because our carriers are contracted companies independent of us, as the seller we cannot guarantee transit times. Arranging shipping is a complimentary service provided by us [in most cases]. Please keep this in mind as you await arrival.
You will not hear from the delivery company immediately upon pickup. Rather, you can expect to hear from them approximately 3-5 days before actual arrival of your order by phone (once your order has been scheduled and routed). But please feel free to contact them (carrier details sent at pickup) anytime should you have questions directly related to the arrival of your order.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

Due to the nature of our items, the detail and time it takes to ship our items, and in order to keep costs for future purchases low, all sales are final. We take great care in ensuring all items are described honestly and accurately and arrive to the customer exactly as purchased.
All items are fully insured and we handle claims with replacement only. While damage is unlikely, accidents can sometimes occur. If an item arrives damaged it MUST be returned with the carrier at the time of delivery. If you purchased multiple items and one item arrives damaged, please only return the damaged item. There will be no replacement items sent, no refunds, no discounts, and NO negotiations if you keep a damaged item. If you decide to keep a damaged item you do so at your own risk and responsibility. Any and all merchandise (damaged or not damaged) kept at delivery once the delivery company leaves your residence is yours, and no negotiations will be made regarding those once you sign the bill of lading.
PLEASE NOTE: If an item is returned due to damage and it is found upon arrival back to us the item was NOT damaged, the customer will be charged for freight both ways. Similarly, if an item is returned due to buyer’s remorse, if the buyer refuses a new item to replace a damaged item, or if an unauthorized return occurs and if the item included free shipping, refunds will be made as original purchase price LESS shipping cost both ways, and incur a 20% restocking fee.
