Golden Lotus Antiques has been in business since 1998, we are located at 2049 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo, California. We carry a wide variety of Chinese furniture: cabinets, beds, tables, chairs, trunks, stool, bench, desk, Tibetan items, Japanese Tansu, Korean cabinets and other furniture accents that are suitable for any decor.

Our commitment is to provide unique antique Chinese furniture that is not only useful and appropriate in modern decor but obtains cultural and investment value as well as the ability to provide a lifetime of aesthetic pleasure.

Shipping policy

(1) UPS & USPS: (ship in 2 to 5 days)

USA domestic continental buyers of 48 states pay a shipping charge on the listing (buyers of Hawaii, Alaska, US Islands, and Canada pay extra shipping cost). Insurance and handling charges are included in the shipping cost. In-store pick up is highly welcomed if you are in the San Francisco Bay Area!

If you purchase more than one items we can try to do combine shipping.

(2) Freight Shipping: (Large item: ship in 6 to 10 days)

US domestic continental buyers of 48 states pay listed shipping charge on listing for trucking terminal pickup. Resident curb site delivery can be arranged with $85 additional fee. For NYC customer please call for additional NYC delivery charge. (Lift gate service can also be requested with additional charge). A customer from Hawaii, Alaska, US Island and Canada pays extra shipping cost. Insurance and handling charge are included in the shipping cost. In-store pick up is highly welcomed if you are in San Francisco Bay Area. (No charged)

For customer who is looking to buy multiple items. We can either combine “several items on the same pallet “or “include small item inside the largest item, as long as it fit in”. If you have any question please call us at 650-522-9888 anytime during our office hour from 10.00am ~ 6.00pm California time Monday through Sunday.

Receiving Package:

A customer is responsible to report any damage within seven days receiving the item. All packing material should be kept in case a claim is needed. We will not responsible for any damage cost if a claim cannot be a file to an insurance company, due to customer mistake that “did not keep the original packaging material and box”.

Return policy

Return must be done within 7 days after received merchandise. Any discrepancy must be reported within 3 days. All return and exchange must be in the same condition as ship out with insurance & original package box, materials. Shipping and labor charge is non-refundable. Buyer pays round-trip shipping for returning the item. We have the right to reject any unauthorized return. Any items that purchase & hold in our store for more than 10 days before ship out cannot be returned for a refund.
