We offer free expedited shipping (express) and our policy is to replace free, any item that breaks during transportation.

Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship free (off-charge) worldwide with FedEx with Expedited shipping, Monday – Friday, 12-48 hours after receiving your verified payment (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

All packages include tracking numbers.

Should you need to ship faster, you can find shipping upgrades options in the drop bar menu when you check out.

We offer:
• FREE Express shipping:

4-6 Business Days for U.S.A.- CANADA – MEXICO , 5-8 Business Days for the rest world.

• Express economy shipping (5-6 business days). It is available only for Europe.
• Express shipping for Europe has an additional cost.
2-3 Business Days for Europe (2-3 business days).

For CUSTOMS FEES + DUTIES

Custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs to incoming merchandise. This does not happen very often, but it may happen randomly. As we have no control over this and do not charge additionally for custom fees, the buyer is ultimately responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be impose. If you have concerns about this, please find out the rules from your country prior to purchase.

WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

- All items will be shipped to buyer’s eBay address. Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order.

- If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and we can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail. We will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again.

-Unclaimed packages will not be refunded if returned.

Replacement product available within 30 days

Our return policy is 30 days return or exchange. All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.

HANDILING TIME

We ship our orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your verified payment (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

In-stock items – We ship the product directly from our warehouse. The estimated delivery time given by the carrier is within 3 to 8 business days after the postal date.

Express Delivery (1-3 business days) – For an additional charge available only for EUROPE buyers.

RETURN POLICIES

Our return policy is 14 days return or exchange. All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.

If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections).

In cases we are unable to identify you as the buyer, in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back before we have reviewed your return case. In many cases, courier companies only require pictures of the damaged package and item in order to close a damage claim in our favor.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

CUSTOM DUTIES

International Buyers – Please Note:

a. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

c. There are not import taxes for transactions between E.U. countries.

PROFESSIONAL PACKING

We take extra care in safely packing our fragile items to ensure safe delivery. We ship decades of packages daily. We can ensure you that you will receive your order intact as so many other buyers of ours internationally. If nevertheless the item will be damaged in transit a replacement will be provided.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Because some of the insurance policies we work with only last 1 to 7 days after delivery, damage claims are to be sent to us immediately after inspection.

In most cases, courier companies only require pictures of the damaged package and item to close a damage claim in our favor. Most other times courier will have to inspect the package or return item for analysis. We strive to close damage claims within 7 days after receiving your claim, except for cases when we require the inspection or return to take place.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Customized items include any bespoke customization such as material, color, size or form. Customized items are noncancelable and non-refundable since the order confirmation or payment.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We accept exchanges within the 14 days policy. Shipping costs are paid by receiver, except for items sent as “Free Shipping” for which receiver only pays for return cost.

Additionally, if your order is eligible for a full refund, we can also offer a replacement completely free of charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message in order to confirm stock availability.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent as “Free Shipping” will also require you to pay for return shipping. If you receive a refund and the return was paid by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the cases of being our company at fault, please contact us as soon as possible in order to start the claim process with the shipping insurance.

Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

In the majority of cases cancellations are free of charge and eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation is not possible if:

-Item was shipped including pre-transit period in which shipping company is given the order to pick up and custody.
-Item is customized (including any bespoke customization such as material, color, size or form).
