Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

New arrivals tend to sell-out fast so be sure to make your purchase soon.

We have been selling online for approximately 10 years. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If, by chance, you are not pleased with your purchase we will do everything possible to make it right.

Items are in stock at the time of listing. Our inventory is updated twice/daily but we not error proof. If a item is popular it may sellout before your order has been processed. If this should occur please accept my deepest apologies. I will work with you to achieve a successful outcome.

Shipping policy

~~We only ship on business days during business hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
~~It will take 2-4 Business Days to process your order. During busier times this time frame may be extended.

~~Combined shipping will be provided when possible.
~~All items must be paid for on the same invoice.
~~Some of the items in our inventory cannot be shipped together.
~~Please contact us for a combined quote.

~~USA shipping applies to the lower 48 States ONLY. All others please email for a quote.
~~Not all of the items in our booth can be shipped internationally. Please contact us for information regarding international shipments.
~~Canada is considered a international destination.

Shipping insurance is included at no extra charge.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

~Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
~~Returns for any reason other than damaged or defective will have a 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
~~In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective you must notify us of the problem immediately (within 24 hours of receiving shipment). Customers must report any damages to shipping boxes to the carrier.
~~Customers must take a picture of the damaged item & email it to us. Pictures will be given to our Claims Department.
Every attempt will be made to resolve your claim as quickly as possible. With that being said, some claims do take longer to resolve than others. Please allow 3-4 weeks for a claim to be resolved.
~~ Depending on stock levels you will receive a full refund or the defective item will be replaced.

Miscellaneous details

~~Freebies are not offered as a stand alone purchase
~~Customers are entitled to 1 freebie per each item purchased.
~~Please add 3.00 for shipping & handling

~~Preferred method of payment is PayPal. We are unable to accept Google Checkout at this time. Money orders are accepted but you will not receive your purchase as quickly.
~~If you have made multiple purchases please submit only 1 payment for everything.
~~We request that payments be submitted within 3 days of purchase. I am flexible, please contact us if this is a problem. Most times payment problems can be worked out with communication.
