In the unlikely event a problem occurs, please FIRST contact us through messaging or email—We are knowledgeable about all items sold, and most of the time we can help to solve the problem through communication.

The following applies to returns: Returns are generally accepted within 10 days from delivery for DOA (Dead on arrival) only. In the event we decide we can offer a returns/refund for any reason OTHER than an incorrect or malfunctioning product (when sold as functioning), it will be subject to a restocking fee (15% of the item price). Original shipping/handling cost is non-refundable. The returned item and any retail packaging, and ALL PACKING MATERIAL must be returned in exactly the same, re-salable, working condition received. Return shipping is the buyer responsibility, and it must be packaged the same way it was received to avoid damage, and insurance should be purchased. Any unopened retail packaging MUST be returned unopened.

Any items sold as “for parts” or “as-is” or “not working” are not eligible for return or refund. Most large electronics and fragile items are not designed to be shipped back and forth repeatedly, and are generally not eligible for return for any reason other than DOA or damaged in transit.

Notify us IMMEDIATELY about items damaged in transit, whether visibly damaged or malfunctioning. A claim will be filed on your behalf, and the buyer agrees to cooperate with the process, which can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. Please retain any and all packaging materials for UPS/USPS/Fedex inspection and claim validation. Unauthorized repair attempts void any damage claims and/or return eligibility.
