Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Printers and supplies for printers

If you need something that you don’t see here, feel free to inquire as there are many items (as much as maybe 60%) that are in our warehouse that have yet to be pictured and listed here. Many inks and toners in particular but also printers, both inkjet and laserjet, personal and business machines, that have yet to be tested. If you’re looking for something do feel free to send a pm. We see hundreds of them each week so a “wish list” or a “find me a” situation is not out of the question.

Shipping policy

Large or unusual items may take longer to ship due to extra care and time needed to handle such items. Additional charges may apply if special packaging or care is needed. Free shipping offered to lower states only and will be via usps for small packages such as inks. these will be under a pound and will be shipped in bubble mailers. Special packaging will incur an additional cost. We are not responsible for ink packaging being slightly damaged during transit as we sell inks, not the box they are in for any purpose other than to identify the expiration date. Resellers, be aware of this. Returns are not accepted for the condition of the box. Larger items such as printers will be via fed ex. these will be items over a pound. If the customer wants a different carrier because of usps delays in these days of covid, additional costs must be covered by the buyer. wanted the extra cost must be covered by the buyer. These will be agreed upon as the situation arises.

Return policy

Partial refund available within 30 days

Rather than return, replacement (whether it be replacement without return, or with) is always an option. If the device is unsatisfactory in some way or if you simply don’t know how to install/use it, feel free to call us a 541-206-1439 and we’ll do our best to help you out or work out some solution that will leave you a satisfied customer.

If a customer desires to return an item, the cost of the item, minus the initial shipping charges will be refunded within 30 days after the item is returned and checked against our sales records for it’s information such as serial number, page counts and a eprom page, which were recorded with a printed copy of the config page from each and every printer immediately prior to packaging for shipment. Printers or other items that are not the item sent which are returned are not refunded…..!!!!!!!! We are a honest business. If it is ours you have no worries, if it is not, and we will be the sole judge of this! Buyers agree to this with no recourse when making any purchase from us and asking for a refund on a return
SO…. Don’t try it. __________ We can tell.. And here, we will deny any refund totally if this is the case. you will get NOTHING

Be aware that damages incurred in return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer and will affect a return amount, so please package the item in question as carefully as possible in a similar fashion as it arrived to prevent this. We worked hard to try to get it to you in one piece, please do the same.

Items which are returned that function correctly, whether it is due to some inability of the operator to properly either install, or use which is no fault of the item, are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee or cost of initial shipping, whichever is greater, to a maximum of 50% of initial cost, depending on the condition of the item when returned.

It is definately recommended that buyers who are having difficulties installing or operating items purchased call us to let us help you. It is not cost effective for either of us if there is no communication. Our number is 541-206-1439.

Electrical items, such as a power supply,or printhead, are non refundable as the installation of a power supply or printhead, especially those in canon printers, can destroy the power supply or printhead when it is done into a defective printer or the printhead if installed into a defective printer. They are tested to work prior to shipment, that is as far as we go on these.

Buying from us says you agree to these terms and do so with no recourse.
