Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

Returns are gladly accepted. If you wish to return an item please notify us within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item. Your purchase price will be refunded (shipping charges are not refundable), minus a 15% restocking fee, as long as the following conditions are met:

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Item must be returned within 7 days of notifying us and must be in the same condition as when you received it.

All retail store tags must still be attached and all care cards or pamphlets must be included.

Returns cannot be accepted for shoes that show any signs of use including marks on the soles.

All products are thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to shipping. If original tags have been removed, do NOT return the item as this voids our return policy and we will be unable to issue a refund.
Please, thoroughly inspect your item before removing tags.
