Items listed as ‘Tested/Working’ have a 14 day return options for exchange or refund
and you are to contact us directly at (920) 739-1610 for return instructions.

Items listed as ‘Defective/AS-IS’ do NOT have a return option and these sales are final.

If you wish to return a unused item, you are responsible to ship the item back and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
