Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. However, as part of our “Customer First” policy, we do our best to ship orders the same day (!), so you and your loved ones can enjoy our products as early as possible. We use USPS, UPS and Fedex as our main carriers. Rest assured that our amazing logistics people are doing the best so that your order will arrive at your doorstep ASAP.

We are confident that you will love your purchase with us. If you don’t love it, its easy to make returns with our 30-day no-hassle money-back guarantee.
All items in your order are inspected and deemed to be in new condition by our warehouse and suppliers before your order is shipped. Please Contact Us within 14 days of the purchase date if you experience a package missing, damaged during shipment or an item that is defective, missing or incorrect.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

How do I return an item?
All items must have a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by customer service before being returned. You may obtain your RMA by email at orders@karmakiss.net, OR simply call our toll free customer care number 888-631-9798 to receive an RMA or for any assistance.
Once you obtained your RMA, simply return the item in its original packing in a salable condition within 30 days of the date you placed your order for a full refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.
We request you return your purchase freight pre-paid and fully insured to receive a full refund.
Items returned without original packaging or in an unsalable condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item price or may not be accepted for refund.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
Please use a carrier that offers tracking and insure your package for the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
