Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Unique hand-picked and useful items that my grandmother Nanny would enjoy are found here. Nanny loved stylish clothes and gifts but lived in rural Maine without transportation. She never drove a car due to a childhood accident and became increasingly house-bound as she aged. I drove Nanny to brick and mortar stores until she was too crippled to leave her upstairs apartment. She then sent me to stores as her personal shopper to pick up everything she needed or wanted—including holiday gifts for her grandchildren. If Nanny was alive today, I would buy her a computer so she could have the world at her fingertips and anything she dreamed of in her mailbox. My internet store strives to bring Nanny-quality merchandise quickly to the house-bound as well as to all those who enjoy the convenience of home-delivery on a wide selection of items available 24 hours a day 7 days a week from the convenience of their internet devices. Shipping policy

I like to ship your items promptly so I visit my post office whenever I have something to mail. I ship on the same day as your purchase whenever possible but sometimes I work at my other jobs so I need to make a cut-off time of 7 AM EST for purchases that ship the same day just in case I have already left home. If I can figure out how to save you money on combined shipping or otherwise, I will definitely save you money. Because Bonanza’s international shipping calculator is not that accurate, I collect a flat rate for international shipping and refund any excess to my international buyer.

Return policy

Buyer pays all shipping costs. I accept returns within 14 days of receipt that are in original condition—which means that new items are still new and used items look as good as they did when they left me. I take great pains to package items immediately after listing them so they will look exactly like their listing pictures when you open up your shipping box. If the item was in its original packaging when listed, it must return to me that way. If it was attached to a card by a small plastic tab, it still should be. It should look exactly as it did in my listing pictures or I cannot relist it using that original listing. I cannot accept a returned item that smells of cigarette smoke.
