Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Make sure that your shipping address and paypal address match. I will ship to the Bonanza address unless you make a note of a different address

I use USPS (First Class Mail) to ship your order. I treat my designs as babies and ship them safely in jewelry boxes ready for gift giving inside a bubble mailer envelope, so nothing can hurt them on their way to your arms! I want to be environmental friendly and reduce waste so if you order more than one item I will use a single box for your order unless you have specified that you would like them in separate boxes while checking out.

I will ship your order out within three to five business days after payment is received and cleared. If you would like me to ship asap , message me and I will try to ship sooner. (unless different is noted in the listing or in case of an emergency, but then I will contact you). But if you need something in a hurry just contact me and let me know if you want to upgrade to Priority Mail and I will send you an invoice for additional postage.

I ship internationally via USPS First Class International . Customs can sometimes be evil and I am not responsible for any fees, taxes or delays that might occur. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information. I will complete a customs form when one is required and I will mark it as “Other” so please don’t ask me to mark it as “Gift” (it’s not legal).

Please make sure that you visit Bonanza after your purchase so that you can leave feedback on how your shopping experience was. If you are not happy please contact me prior to leaving feedback so I can get a chance to make it right. I’m only happy when you are happy :o)

*Please note that international packages do not ship via Paypal, so you will not receive the automated email. Your package will be hand addressed and posted by me.

Return policy

I want you to love the pieces you buy at my Bonanza shop. If you’re not tickled, please email me to coordinate an exchange. I’ll need to receive your item back within 7 days of your receipt. Exchanges only – sorry, no refunds.

Please send your items back to me in the original packaging via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
