Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Our goal is to dispatch your online order on the same or next business day, but please allow 1-2 business days during sale periods. In the unfortunate event where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.
We do not offer overnight or rush shipping.
We allow cancellations or modifications on orders that are processing, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made in time before the items ship.
Once the item leaves our warehouse, it is beyond our control. Delays will be dependent on the carrier and other reasons (weather, holiday backlogs, etc.). We will do our best to provide tracking information, but international orders may not always have tracking information.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. They include not only the cost of shipment, but also additional costs such as packing materials, boxes, labels, labor, and fuel charges.
eBay estimate delivery dates are not necessarily accurate, and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping:
Free for standard shipping on all orders
$5 for expedited shipping PER ITEM; we will use USPS Priority Mail
Please note that we deliver using USPS or UPS. These carriers may require signature on delivery. If you aren’t home to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office or parcel pick-up point where you can collect it.
To avoid a trip to the post office or pick-up point, please ensure your shipping address is somewhere you will be during business hours. If you make a request in the Comments section of your order for it to be left at your delivery address without a signature, we will not be liable to replace your order should it, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.
International Shipping:
Delivery costs are calculated and applied to orders at checkout by weight and destination.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your customs office for details.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

You must notify us of any defective or damaged items within 3 days of the items’ receipt. Please message us for more instructions
If the purchased items’ size or color isn’t right for you, you have 3 days to return the item at your own expense for exchange.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees during an item’s exchange, including the return shipping that is needed to ship the new item back to the customer.
If the original order had “free shipping”, we will automatically deduct 15% from the listing price as a re-stocking fee.
If you would like to return an item for any reason, all the tags and labels MUST remain in place, and any boxes must remain new and unmarked. Please do NOT send the item and its original packaging (for example, a shoe box) back without outer packaging to protect the item and any boxing in transit.
For a full refund or exchange, the item must show no signs of wear. We recommend that shoes be tried on carpet so the soles and heels will not be scuffed and clothing be tried in a place where it cannot be dirtied or stained.
Unreasonably returned packages will be charged a variable shipping and handling fee.
If PayPal is used to purchase the item, refunded money will be sent to your PayPal account and not your bank account or credit card. Please contact PayPal to transfer the money back to the desired account.
Domestic orders (United States)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition, including any tags that came along with the items. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns, and we will not refund any shipping charges.

Please include a copy of the list of items in your package as proof of purchase and note the reason for your return. Please allow 10 business days starting from the receipt of your return to process your return. You will be advised by email when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments, so if, for example, you paid by MasterCard, then you will receive a refund on your MasterCard.
International orders
The same policy applies to our customers in Canada and other countries. We will accept returns on items within 14 days of its receipt, as long as the item is in its original unworn condition with whatever tags and packaging it came with. However, we recommend that international customers send their items back for refunds early, because shipping times may be extended due to customs and overseas shipping.

Just as for domestic returns, we request that you include a list of items in your package along with a note with the reason for your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to process, and we will notify you by email once your refund is processed.

Miscellaneous details

If there is a problem with your order, such as an invalid or ambiguous shipping address, we will contact you as soon as possible. However, if we do not receive a response to fix the problem, your order will be automatically cancelled after 14 days.
If you would like to match a vest with a dress or any other fabric for a color theme, please send in a small sample of the color, and we will try our best to find the match for you.
Please understand that we are not responsible if you order an item in the wrong size. You are responsible for measuring yourself before you purchase an item.

Payment Policy
Please have a confirmed address on your PayPal account.
If you use an e-check, your check will be held until it is cleared.
Please send payment within 7 days after checkout.
Please include the eBay item number with all your payments or related messages. If you do not, your order may be delayed.
If we do not receive payment within 14 days after checkout, we will send a non-paying bidder notice to eBay. The item will then be re-listed or sold to another bidder.
We will send a winning bid notification or any payment instructions to buyers through email after an item is bought.
Exchanges, refunds, and discounts are decided on a case-by-case basis.
Sales tax will be applied to all CA orders.
