Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Within the United States:
I currently ship all packages via USPS , 1st Class, or Parcel Post with delivery confirmation.

International Buyers:
I currently ship all packages via USPS , 1st Class, or Parcel Post.

Optional shipping insurance is available by customer request for an additional cost.

Return policy

I want your complete satisfaction :)
We accept returns within 3 days of Delivery of your item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyer will only be refunded for the item, not shipping. Returns will only be accepted for unworn or unwashed items. Due to the nature and if mistake was made by customer in describing the initials incorrectly, we’ll not make refunds.

Miscellaneous details

Product Care:
Bags are washable. We recommend that you hand wash your bag in cold water and hung to dry. Use only non chlorine bleach when necessary. Dry flat and use a cool iron. Drycleaning is always an option
