Shipping policy

All of items shipped from Los Angeles, California. Our current turnaround time is 4-7 days. If you need your items sooner, please let me know and choose EXPRESS shipping at checkout.

Items shipped in the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. The tracking number will be automatically sent to the email you have provided.

International orders have the choice of either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Shipping. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
(Tracking is only guaranteed to the US border. Not all postal service providers outside the US follow the USPS tracking guidelines.)

Be sure to provide the correct shipping address on your Bonanza account. Take It Personally cannot be held responsible for packages not received if a wrong or incomplete address is provided. If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying any additional shipping charge to resend the package.

I can’t be responsible for damaged that is caused by shipping companies and/or missing/lost parcels.

If your parcel is lost and decide to replace your item, it is your responsibility to pay for the replacement’s shipping fees.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. But if the item arrive damaged or defective, I offer prepaid shipping label.

In the event that you need to return your package please follow the following guidelines:
*All tags must still be attached to the returned item;
*The returned item may not be sized and may not have any signs of scratches or wear;
*If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
