Returns
All orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.
We therefore offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We offer a 3-day period for returns (minus the original shipping charge) from the day you receive your order as confirmed by the USPS tracking.
Should you need to return any merchandise (due to our error) it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, once its in the original condition (to be determined by us). Return shipping for all returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of goods received by the customer not matching those ordered).
