Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

All Shipments to USA Addresses are Shipped USPS – US Postal Service – Priority Mail with Tracking and Insurance. Many are Shipped in Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes – some items due to Shape and Size for proper shipping are Shipped in Boxes. As all items are Threads, Yarns and Fabrics – all packages are shipped padded with Bubble Wrap for protection.

I always do combined shipping to reduce shipping expenses when possible.

Regarding International Shipping – only CANADA is listed at the USPS First Class Mail International Rate(no tracking or insurance available, but always with proper Customs Declarations as required) . _~ I will Ship to other countries that USPS will Ship to, but the Customer must Email with a Request for International Shipping listing the exact International Address and what type of shipping they are willing to pay for (USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc.) – and I will have to list a special listing for them.

If a Customer, either USA or International, wants to use their own FEDEX or UPS Account for shipping, they need to Email me for special arrangements in listing the item.

Return policy

I make Items by Hand – many are either totally Unique (OOAK) – or Very Specialized. I do not want a Customer to keep something which when received, they realize they do not want it. I DO REQUIRE that the Customer contact me within a reasonable time of 3-5 days of receiving the package for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to Return the item at their cost for a Full Refund. _~ I am very careful in my packaging and in the USA, I ship with Insurance always – either in case of a totally lost package or an item damaged in shipping – a claim can be filed and I will make every effort to replace the Handmade item with the same or a similar and comparable one of the same value. _~ I, unfortunately, cannot always guarantee that I will be able to re-make something in the same Threads or Yarn or Fabric due to availability of supplies, but I can make an effort to re-make something in similar to comparable materials.

PLEASE NOTE: I know colors appear differently on different Computer Monitors – I make a serious technical effort for my photographs to realistically show the actual colors of the items I am selling. I photograph them all myself – I use both a Kodak Gray Card with White Balance setting on my digital camera to get the exposure and colors accurate – along with a photo editing program. The photos in my Bonanza Booth that I see on my Computer are the real colors of each item.
