Shipping policy

Packages ship within 24 hours of payment being received. Our standard shipping method is Parcel Select Ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.

Return policy

Full refund available for DOAs

All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product or the item will not be eligible for return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Buyers may be liable for loss in value of the item if it’s returned in a different condition, or if the item is not packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment. In the event that an item is not returned to Secondhand-Merchandise in the same condition as we sent it out, we may deduct the amount of loss and give the buyer a partial refund and/or no refund.

If the item is damaged inside the box, we need to be notified the same day of delivery within 2 hours… You must show at least two pictures of the item still in the original box (damaged).
