Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

I sell primarily vintage & antique glassware and pottery plus some miscellaneous items that I have acquired including some that are rare, some that are one-of-a-kind. All are pretty – a majority have been used. I am not an expert on the vintage and antique items that I list. I take pride in describing each item to the best of my ability. I go to great lengths to verify the identification and authenticity of each item. However, since all items are used, unless noted, they are sold “AS-IS”. Please view any & all pictures and ask questions as necessary. I also have a booth at the Litchfield Flea Market, Litchfield, Ohio that is open on Saturday & Sunday from from 8 AM to 2 PM. I also sell via Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/MartysYardSale/ I prefer payment via PayPal but, in order to reach a wider range of Buyers, I will accept postal money orders. Please note that merchandise will not be shipped until payment has cleared, meaning that I have the cash payment in hand.

Shipping policy

I always ship via USPS. Buyer will pay for shipping costs unless specified in listing. I do not charge a “Handling Fee” – only calculated shipping cost based on your location and mine. I may add a charge for a shipping carton that is not USPS issue. Insurance cost will be added for items valued in excess of $50.00 at the time of shipment – this is to protect your investment & my merchandise.

I am not shipping International at the current time.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

I accept returns on designated items if you contact me via email within 30 calendar days of items receipt. If you are dissatisfied with the item or if it is not as described or if it was broken “In Transit” – contact me for a Refund Authorization. You will have to pay postage for the return. I will require multiple digital photographs of the item and/or the shipping carton “as received” prior to issuing an RA number. This is for “damaged in transit” merchandise.
