Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Your shipment
Orders received and paid by 2:00 pm EST will normally ship the same day. Orders received and paid after 2:00 pm EST will normally ship the next business day.

We ship by carrier of our choice, normally by USPS and UPS. Other carriers can be requested, please contact us via email. All customers will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number when the packing slip is generated.

We charge NO handling fee and NO order processing fee.

About Refunds
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased.

How Refunds Are Issued
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Note: Your refund request will be processed as soon as we receive your return. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

We may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified. Otherwise refunds will not be processed until we receive your returned item.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
Items in original condition past the return window* may not receive a full refund or may require a restocking fee

Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error. Will not be refunded

The buyer has 14 days to return the item (the buyer pays shipping fees). The money will be refunded less seller costs unless the item is determined to be defective or incorrectly described. Item must be returned in perfect condition with all packaging material.
