Shipping policy

Store Policies

Customer Satisfaction is our TOP priority. Please ask questions! I do my best to describe items, but we are not experts in all areas. Most of our items are vintage. They will naturally show wear from years of use. We describe each item to the best of our ability, but we cannot always detail each flaw. All items are described with honest intent!
MULTIPLE PURCHASES: We will gladly combine items for a savings on shipping!
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal only
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Items paid through PayPal will be shipped to the address registered with PayPal. If you want the item shipped to a different address, you must email me and receive a confirmation of your request. Otherwise, the item will be shipped to the registered address.
SHIPPING: All items are shipped within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment. We use the utmost care in preparing our shipments and use only high quality packing materials. Due to the costs of the materials a very reasonable packing and handling fee has been added to the shipping cost. We keep shipping as low as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: *NO we do not ship*
INSURANCE: We pack with extreme care for transit. We still recommend shipping insurance because we cannot be responsible for handling of a package once the item has left our hands. It is rare that a problem occurs so we leave insurance OPTIONAL. If you pay for insurance, and the item is broken in transit, a claim will be filed with the shipper. The shipper is responsible for refunding your money. If you do not buy insurance and the item is broken in transit, we will not be responsible for reimbursing you the price of the item.
REFUNDS: All sales are final. Refunds are made only if there is a major error in the item description. Refunds are made for the original purchase price only. Shipping fees are not included. For a refund to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally shipped, and it must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Software & Game System sales are NOT refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale if buyer has excessive negative or hidden feedback.

v Due to a recent purchase I will not be liable if the item is stolen, lost or broken if insurance is not purchased.

v One person changes for all and I am very sorry.

v Please understand that I package very well and I ship out very fast, sometimes the same day that payment is made.

v Due to my change in work schedule my mail carrier picks up packages every day from my home and depends on her pickup time if your package is shipped from the post office the same day or the following morning.

v I ship Monday-Friday, and sometimes on Saturday so you will receive your package as soon as the postal service gets it to you.

v I have no control over the time frame once it is shipped.

v If your package has not been received please notify me after the 14th day.

v All packages are sent out via PayPal so you will receive a confirmation number to track your package.

v I combine all shipping fees so when you finish shopping I will combine the last item with the first and must all be paid together.

v All items are sent via USPS.

v I have numerous Priority boxes and flat rate boxes please notify me BEFORE you pay if that is something that you want and I will adjust your invoice.

v All sales are final; however, if there is a problem, please email me and I will do everything that I can to make it right before you leave feedback.

v I only leave feedback once feedback has been left for me, which is how I know that you have received the item.
