Shipping policy

We stock all products that are listed in our web site. We ship ex stock within same or next business day after payment was cleared via online payment processor. Shipping company is Bulgarian Posts PLC. All shipments under 2 kgs are send by Registered Air post / small package with tracking number; All packages above 2 kgs are shipped by Air post with tracking number. Your satisfaction is our top priority. As all our products are new, they are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as our satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us immediately with any problems and we will rectify to your satisfaction. The longest delivery period in which client should receive the order is 45 days. When this time exceeds and item is not delivered, customer is able to request full refund.
We offer a 7 day return policy for defective products and exchange with new product. In 7 day period products can be returned for refund. Customer pays return shipping cost. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
