Shipping policy

When will you ship my item?

Shipment will occur the same day or next business day. Priority mail average delivery time is 2-3 days. First class average delivery time is 2-4 days. Express mail 1 day delivery time on average.

How do I know my item has shipped?
You will receive a email confirmation stating your item has shipped along with a tracking number. You can go to look for the section track and confirm. Type in your delivery confirmation number this will allow you to see where your package is and when to expect it to be delivered. Please message me if you do not receive a tracking number I am happy to assist.

Please note all items are shipped with signature confirmation. If you have not received your item within 2-4 days please check your tracking information with to verify a delivery attempt was made. Amazon will send a message to your email with tracking information when your item has shipped out.

Do you ship out of the country?
Yes, I ship to the majority of countries. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail International 6-15 day delivery or USPS Express International mail 3-10 day delivery. All packages are shipped fully insured with tracking.
Please note I am not responsible for import taxes or duties. This is a fee your country charges I do not collect any money from this. Please contact your local customs to inquire about customs charges your country might impose.

Return policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. The item must be returned new/unused with tags attached and in the same condition it was shipped out. Factory packaging, dust bags and any material shipped out must be returned with the item. Returns will occur a 30% restocking fee minus shipping. If you choose to exchange the item the restocking fee is waived. Returns not in the original condition new with tags attached and material will be refused or a 60% restocking fee will occur. Please message me prior to purchase if you have any questions about any of the policies.
