Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

We resale lot of different items, but mainly focus on craft supplies. If you are looking for something in particular, especially if it’s an older craft supply, we probably have it. We sell both new and used items. If we are selling a used item, we state that in the listing and the condition of the item. We hope you find something you really want in our booth! PAYMENTS: Note for payments, we take PayPal and Stripe. Stripe is available for payments from buyers using most major credit and debit cards. This information will appear on your payments page.

Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sun Valley ReSale, LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during the holiday season.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes

Sun Valley ReSale, LLC is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Sun Valley ReSale, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
