Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Teed Sales offers great deals on a wide range of merchandise, much of it new overstocks, closeouts and surplus merchandise. The selection constantly changes so stop back often.

We attempt to ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

RETURNS POLICY
To request a return, you must contact Teed Sales LLC within 5 days of item’s delivery, for a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA). That number must be on the outside of the package. Items without a valid, visible RMA # will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Miscellaneous details

Merchandise is “as is” unless otherwise stated in an item’s description. If you have questions, please ask before you bid! Teed Sales LLC reserves the right to correct errors in listings.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international delivery times depend upon the package clearing customs. Fees and duties on international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility. Our shipping costs include postage charges and shipping materials only.

COMMUNICATION
The first step toward a great auction experience is communication. Ask questions before you buy. You are not “bothering us” to ask. We respond as soon as possible.
After the sale, we send at least 2 emails with tracking #. Upon request, we also send a copy of your “paid” invoice to the email address you made payment with.
If you have a problem with an item, email us. As long as you communicate with us, we won’t post negative feedback. We like happy, honest customers.
