Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

I design and create luxurious short length infinity scarves for the trendsetting woman who wants one-of-kind fashion accessories. I use upgraded fabrics, and each scarf is its own unique design. I sew couture seams, and finishes. And as a thank-you gift, with each scarf order, I include a complimentary hand-made embroidered lovely satin dust bag gift for each scarf purchased! Be sure to visit my booth often for the newest selections.
Also, I have added a line of gorgeous satin button earrings, by Rene. Be sure to choose your favorites and add them to your order.

Shipping policy

Hi, it’s Rene. Thank you for your purchase.
Your items with be packed and shipped with care in Rose Gold bubble bags that fit neatly into your mailbox within three business days. If there is a delay, I will contact you by email to advise you of the situation.
And, as always, there are no shipping charges for you to pay.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Refunds are accepted for returned SCARVES due to defects only within 30 days. To receive your full refund please return the dust bag also, otherwise, I will deduct $10.00 from your refund. (value of the item)
Refunds are issued within five days of receipt of item(s) to your original payment source.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for purchased or complimentary earrings due to regulating health laws.

Miscellaneous details

I do accept returned scarves within 30 days of sales date for defects only. The dust bag must also be returned for a full refund, otherwise if not returned, I will deduct $10.00 from your refunded amount – the value of the dust bag. And, sorry, but I do not pay for return shipping.
Hopefully, a different scarf will suit you better. Thank you.
Unfortunately, there is no refund for earrings due to regulating health laws.
