Shipping policy

All items will be shipped upon either receipt or approval of payment within 1-3 business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing. We offer Free USPS & UPS shipping which includes insurance to anywhere in the United States. Next day USPS or UPS Express Mail is available; buyer will be responsible for cost of shipping.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your purchase, we will refund 100% of the original price. All Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. We do not refund any shipping expenses.

Our Return Process

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

Returns without a Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

To return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

1. Email us to receive an authorization number.

2. Pack the item to be returned and include your shipping document.

3. Insure your package. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a signature for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
