There’s nothing we hate more than overspending for products, and we believe we are not alone in this. By keeping complete control over all processes throughout the supply chain, we will always be able to offer our products at highly competitive prices.

We offer our customers good service. If you have any questions about a product, shipping or payment, our customer service agents are always on hand and ready to help, in your native language. Shipping and returns are always free in the vidaXL webshops. Should any issue arise with your order, we give you our word that it will be resolved to your satisfaction.

Dispatch and shipping time
We will dispatch your order from our central warehouse in California within 1 business day of receiving your payment. Depending on where you are located, it will take another 1 to 6 days after dispatch for the shipment to reach you. We use UPS Ground service.
Please refer to the chart below for the expected shipping time:


Please note that we only ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. We also regret having to inform you that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or Army or Fleet Post Offices.
Note: Please verify you listed the correct shipping address on your order before making payment, as we can no longer alter the shipping address in the system once your payment is processed.

Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?

Due to courier restrictions, we can only offer shipping for the 48 contiguous states only.
Are therefore excluded:
American Samoa
The Northern Mariana Islands
Puerto Rico
United States Virgin Islands

What happens when I am not at home for delivery?

Someone has to sign for delivery but it doesn’t always have to be you. It might happen that the shipping company asks your neighbor to sign for the parcel(s) and leaves it there.
If not, they will leave a card with information on where your parcel(s) is/are and what you should do next.

Usually if you aren’t there the second or third delivery attempt, they store it within their depot.
This allows you a few days to pick it up before it is shipped back to us.

At, we are invested in customer satisfaction. We hope to provide an enjoyable shopping experience for you, and deliver products that live up to, or even exceed, your expectations. We only sell brand new items, which are in excellent condition when we ship them. Should anything go wrong during transport, however, or the product not be to your liking after all for whatever reason, you can always return it free of charge. offer a cooling off period of 30 days, starting from the day of receipt. During this period, you may unpack and assemble the item to see if it is to your liking. You may also try it, similar to the way you would in a physical store, as long as you do not put it to actual use. As soon as you put the article to use, the cooling off period ends.
We strongly suggest you check the contents of the package directly after receipt. If the item is damaged or incomplete, let us know by contacting our customer service team.
If there are no quality issues with the item, but you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you may also return it. This also applies to clearance and sale articles.
We have the following requirements for a return:
1. The item is complete
2. The item is in its original packaging and state
Please contact our customer service within 30 days to inform us of your wish to return (a part of) your order. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of having received the returned item.
If you want to request a return, please contact us by email through within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request we will provide you with the returns procedure.

Please do not send any items back to us of your own accord, as our returns procedure is free of charge, and allows us to keep track of the shipment through our courier’s systems.
