Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

I ship priority mail, airmail and use tracking numbers on all items. All sales are final.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

All sales are final and must go to a ‘forever’ home unless item is a total different item or it is damaged in shipping ( we insure our items so you will be reimbursed by the post office). No exceptions. . We do not lend out items .

Many vintage items will show wear which is what I love about old pieces. What I call patina means there may be gold or silver wear or darkening of the metal. These pieces may be 80-100 years old so please do not expect them to be brand new. All pieces are costume unless otherwise defined.

Please buy responsibly because I do not sell on consignment (you buy an item and “check it out” and then later return it because it does not match your outfit or you feel it is smaller, larger, older, lighter or a different quality than you prefer. Or you talk to a dealer who differs on the price. My prices are not based on appraisal value and are not up to negotiation.). Some monitors show color variance so please keep that in mind.

Should a situation arise where there is an error, I will offer a store credit but not a refund since the item has been off the market and lost potential sales. You will be responsible for shipping it back with the original packing and I will do my best to make it right. If you have any questions, please ask prior to buying. We charge a 15 percent restocking fee. The item must be returned with the original packaging enclosed to verify the item sent was ours.

As I said, I offer insurance should any item be damaged or lost in transit.Some international orders may cost more to ship since it is not easy to calculate all countries in the etsy shipping rates.Should a credit be issued, the item must be returned in the exact same condition within 2 days of receipt as it left ( i.e.> not broken, chipped, worn etc)and a 15% surcharge will paid to offset the listing’s inability to get buyers as well as return postage.I must also be notified within two days.

Miscellaneous details

Vintage and antique items are not mint nor are they perfect. Sold as is and as found (used and probably vintage).My definition of Vintage is a style or method formerly in vogue. Since these are Irreplaceable there can be no returns on any sale.. Please use photos to make your decisions. Remember that old glue and hot post offices may cause some stones in vintage pieces to loosen in shipping.Please ask any questions you have as all items are sold in AS IS condition and all sales are final.
