Anyone else having issues with the manage your item listings page? when i go to search for an item in my store to edit/remove it shows 0 listings. i have tried searching for different listing and still have the same issues

This is REAL BAD ~ ESPECIALLY for the peeps that are paying a monthly fee to be seen (not me) but needs to be addressed soon. I need 1 more sale THIS YEAR to be able to pay my sell fees here.

Update: November 9th, 9am. Thanks everyone for your reports. We are aware that your booth search is returning zero results and we are addressing the trouble now. Shoppers are still able to purchase items from your booths, it is just the booth search that is returning zero results. We are on it and should have it corrected soon. Thanks for your patience!

I have just visited multiple booths of random sellers across the site, and all are having this problem. Impossible to search for things within any seller’s booth.

The issue still exists, search feature does not work on the listings page, nor when I search within my booth. It finds 0 items no matter what I search for.

I am showing 0 items in my store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It shows my items when I first go into my booth. But let me put in my search area newest, or highest priced items and I show nothing in my store. Glad they at least are showing. But if anyone searches for newest listed all goes away and nothing once again.

I’m having the same problem. None of my items are showing when I search. If I clear the search fields, I can see my listings… but none will show up when searching. I need this fixed ASAP so I can manage inventory control. Thank you for your assistance!

  • Here’s a helpful diagnosis that might help Bonanza Support resolve the problem… Do a booth search for an item and it doesn’t show up. However if you immediately click on ALL STUFF in the booth category list on the side, the searched items then show up ****

I can find my items when I search the Bonz site, but not when I search within my booth or on the edit/manage items page. My booth shows as empty. And since only a small portion of sellers post here (or are likely even online right at the moment), it seems reasonable to assume this is happening all across the site. Needs attention.

I am having the same problems for over a day now and its still not working, I cant search new items on my listings and some things do not show when I search for a particular item as well.None of the booth’s search features work when looking at your own booth, sent picture and reported it.
++I also just looked at other peoples booths and cant search the newest items on those either. Hope this all gets fixed soon.

My booth is having the same problem. You cannot search for an item, you cannot sort by “New Items” or “Highest Price”, etc. Only the Popularity shows.

Popularity doesn’t even show if you try to switch to something else and then go back. Once you’ve attempted to view someone’s newest or lowest price items, for example, you cannot go back. Once you do that, their booth is empty to you. This is bad & it’s bad that it’s been left to go on overnight

I too have an issue (after adding a NEW item) and
it defaults to " Unknown category " and shows none of my items
(until I select an INDIVIDUAL category).
Then it finds my items (if this is any clue for support).

Seems lots of quirky issues reported lately.
Are we being hacked (by the Ru-skies ;-).
Appears someone changed something that is causing issues.

I use Firefox, if that makes any diff. Also, my Add/Edit page shows all my listings, but I’m in Vac. Mode, so I didn’t try doing anything.

Can you see all items in these booths if you try to switch to newest first? Or highest/lowest price? And can you search for an item within the booth? Because it is all still the same for me.

I looked in both yours and selah’s booths, and can switch to newest, highest and lowest. I did search your booth for vidal, and got 1 item. 712 pm PST Friday
