Are there unpaid item cases on bonanza?

After 5 months of no sales I finally got one today. Buyer sent an offer though & since buyers never seem to return here I don’t expect I will receive the payment.
Is there an unpaid item case process like on ebay?

Buyers do not have to come back and pay even if a seller accepts the offer, so there are no unpaid item cases. When u accept an offer, always let the buyer know the last day you will accept payment. If not returning by the date you say, u can feel free to sell it to someone else.

Good luck. If u can avoid doing best offers that is the best way to go. However, I realize this cannot be the case by every seller.

Being this isn’t an auction site, someone making an offer and then not liking or accepting it is the way it is. Now, you as a business owner can set your booth up however you wish and run it however you wish….set deadlines, set up not to accept best offers etc, etc. Bonanza is the platform, the business side is all up to you. Good Luck!

That’s a pretty dumb system that people can just buy things & there’s no penalty for bailing on the seller. Worse than ebay :/
I think this is only like the second offer I’ve ever got here. Usually buyers just buy now

Like Empress mentioned, try to sell without accepting offers. You accept offers and you are just adding to your list of possible problem buyers that will lowball you to see how far you will bend. Its entertainment for THEM.

Also OFFERS on Bonanza do not include actual shipping costs included. Stupid that this is not made clear here and when you counter with the included shipping costs, I bet that is when the person doing the offering abandons the whole thing.

You are right, Atomic. Would be helpful if the shopping part remained separate from the offering part. Best to eliminate a chance of a negative surprise.

“shipping” part…not “shopping”

hank you so much for this. I was into this issue and tired to tinker around to check if its possible but couldnt get it done. Now that i have seen the way you did it, thanks guys
