The crop function works but the Background Burner won’t even let me click on it. I have sent a message to the help center. Did anyone else experience this.

[URL removed] Opened a support ticket on Background Burner not working, but it was prematurely closed. In case support didn’t get my update – I deleted all browsing history & temp files but that solved nothing. On CHROME browser, I edit HPL that I created and move the mouse cursor over “Burn” which appears below every item on the HPL. “javascriptvoid(0)” is what appears and clicking will do nothing because the Java script to be called is void. Hope that helps!
