My bonanza store data is not allowed. In China, we spend 7 days in the daytime to see the data. The data on that day are relatively high. But in the evening, the data will be low on the day. What is this? For example, I query during the day, the day’s traffic is 178, Google shopping 42, but in the evening query, only 56 visits on that day, Google shopping only 8. Why is this data table reduced? Shouldn’t it be higher and higher?

Hi Xindi,
It sounds like you’re looking at your stats page and referring to your daily views. The “projected” views displayed on the item stats page is a recent change designed to help sellers gain a more accurate depiction of how many buyers are viewing their items over a 24-hour period. Previously, the item stats would display actual views, which would often be quite low unless you were viewing the stats late in the day.
With our recent site update, we now estimate the views you will receive that day based on how many views you’ve already received and how much time is left in the day in order to determine the “projected” view count for the full 24 hour period.
Hope that helps to clarify. If this is not what you’re referring to, please email us at [email protected] so we can work with you directly.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
