Does anyone know Bonanza’s seller metrics?
For instance, like eBay require sellers to ship within a specified timeframe, and set a monthly refund rate standard.
My account currently has a refund rate exceeding 63% due to stock shortages and buyer cancellations. The Bonanza team has notified me via email, warning that I may face the risk of having my stall shut down.

The “Ships within” is set in your booth settings > shipping and returns. Each seller can set their own Return policy, The warning only has to do with the refund rate not ships within

The metrics you can see on your own Feedback page regarding shipping, answering bmails etc is not visible to anyone but you and Bonanza support. Those metrics are to aid a seller only in seeing what their performance looks like.

Are you using a drop shipper for order fulfillment?

And is your booth automated using the API to keep inventory current (eg importing from eBay, amazon or another management tool) or are you using a CSV file upload

I will use the API interface to synchronize my booth product inventory levels.

I just want to know under what extreme circumstances my stall will be officially shut down

I don’t think they have specific metrics spelled out. I do remember a few years ago in an online group someone was warned of being kicked off for too many cancellations.

Honestly a 63% refund rate is VERY high. With the international shipping problems this year I know it’s probably not your fault, but dropshipping higher ticket items is going to kill you with supply chain disruptions. It would almost be better to not risk it on any marketplace. For example eBay would have probably restricted your account at 10%. Just my opinion though.
