It’s been a while since I’ve sold anything on Bonanza. I see the purchase money in my paypal account. That’s fine. And I just ordered postage, but where does the money for postage come from? Is it going to be billed to me?

Hello kristjo,
Thanks for your question. When you buy shipping labels on Bonanza, as you did in this case, the cost of the label is charged to either the credit card that you have on file with Bonanza, or whatever payment method that you provide when you purchase the label. While you have free shipping enabled for your items, you can offset the cost of shipping by using our calculated shipping option, or the flat-rate option. If you need any additional assistance regarding this issue, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team using the “Help” drop down menu at the top of any Bonanza page, or by sending us an email to [email protected].
Thanks!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
