How to refund a buyer and get my seller fee reunded?

A buyer purchased an item I had deleted (I know, sounds strange), and I don’t have the item to send them for their hard-earned dollars.

HOW do I refund them? And HOW do I get my seller fee refunded?

That seems like it should be among the top three or four easily accessible bits of information.

To refund the buyer go to the pay source and refund from there. You can’t do it from the Bonanza site. After refunding the buyer, go to the billing statement here on Bonanza you will see a red x next to the transaction, click on that and paste the refund information into the request with an explanation why you want your fee back.

Glad this was asked…I just did that but I was waiting for it to ask for an explanation (and used to ask for a transaction number from the processor) but it didn’t. But it worked.
