Hello,
As the question title says, how can we get our listings active (with New condition) on Google shopping? We’ve started settling our account here since the beginning of January and, for some reason, our listings, perfectly active here (with few views but understandably as we have just started), do not get uploaded at all on Google Shopping (based on their feed diagnostics). Also, why your partner sets our products to used condition when we provide the New condition? What do we have to do?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Azzurra Mare

Contact support. Support will be the only one that can help with this since you clearly have conditions set as new in your listings.

couple of things you can do to check
Selling Dashboard
Booth Settings
Add my items to Google Shopping Yes No
Make sure this is set to Yes
Go to Advertise Items under booth settings and make sure you are set for 9% and make sure Google shopping is checked
Finally make sure all of your google attributes are filled in and up to date..if the attribute to Condition is New, it should show as new..
I am unsure what this comment means…bonanza affiliates…???if so contact bonz, not sure there is any control over what affiliates do
Also, why your partner sets our products to used condition when we provide the New condition? What do we have to do?
You do understand that checking google shopping shows more than 50 listings like yours with the same pictures and similar prices…from very much larger stores..it will be very difficult to compete..
Good Luck and Welcome to bonanza

Azzurra_Mae, I’d be interested to know what you are told from Bonz. I had read some time ago that if you do not have a UPC #, Google and Bonanza consider it a used item. Handmade items are not used and do not have a UPC. I put a notice on all my handmade items that they are new and not used as Bonanza and Google says.

I have found out that Google will not accept it as new, when you do not put in a UPC code. To get around that, type in “Pre Owned” in the space for new/used. You can then put "Never used or whatever in your description. Google WILL accept “Pre Owned”

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
