Sellers can set up combined shipping to offer shipping discounts for buyers who purchase multiple items from their booth in a single transaction. You can set your combined shipping discounts in your booth settings. Point your mouse over the “Selling” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and select “Booth settings” from the drop-down. Click on the “Discounts & coupons” tab to set your preferred combined shipping discount. Be sure to save any changes you make.

It is up to the seller to combine shipping if they want to offer that. A seller can offer a discount for each additional item or offer calculated shipping based upon the combined weight of the package. Some sellers may offer a rebate or manually adjust shipping charges for multiple items.
If you are the buyer, it doesn’t hurt to ask for the discount.

Yes, you can combine shipping. If you’re the seller, and have already sold the items, then you can purchase shipping for the first one (at the combined weight), then copy the tracking ID & mark the second item shipped, entering the same tracking ID manually.
