I tried to call [phone number removed] and it goes to a recorded message in Spanish language. I am totally frustrated and ripped off.

I will say, Bonanza support has little to no interest in helping its buyers from my experience.
After a lengthy problem of my own, I went to the BBB and had my payment processor refund me.
Bonanza wasn’t even willing to work through the BBB, they simply kept asking me to talk to them through their internal system, while refusing to help on that system.
