Why do my import items from ebay seems to be stuck in midstream?

I have been trying to import my listings from eBay and it seems to get stuck at a point for unknown reasons.

Anyone else have problems with importing?

Thanks

Hey guys!

We can confirm that our importers have been getting a little backed-up due to more and more sellers importing their items. This tends to happen once we get closer to the holidays and we are working on adding more resources so we can help speed things up.

Thank you for all your patience!

Lately, the eBay importer seems very busy (that’s a good thing). My last two imports (11/14 and 11/17) took 48 and 38 hours each. Even after each import “paused”, they eventually completed.

Bonanza’s help pages do mention that it can sometimes take up to 48 hours.

I have found it easier & less time consuming to list from scratch rather than use the importer as there is always a lot of editing to do after the listings have been imported from eBay.Usually have to add pictures as not all pictures import, and I copy & paste the needed info from the eBay listings, rather than edit each & every listing that has been imported, so that it is presentable for Bonanza.
