I will definitely be buying a sponsorship for both the advertising benefits and to support the hard work being done to put together this event. Karen |

For those of us who cannot attend the event in person this is a great way to support and promote the Bonanzle site, as well as advertise our own booths. Judy and Phaedra are a marketing team extraordinaire, so I encourage everyone to take advantage of this offer. |

Hi, Yes it will be seen by those attending. But the sponsors will also be seen elsewhere. however a link to the sponsors booth will be displayed on the Bonanzleboardroom.com website The sponsors are also included in the video credits. the seminars will be videoed and that video will be made available after the event. It is fairly amazing at how many bonanzle members do not know what is available here on the site itself. The unbelievably talented sellers who offer not only wares but services. Does that help a bit? Thanks for the answer Judy, yes it helped but still.. it will only be bonz members seeing it.. as only they will be going to the board room or looking at the video so, it is really more to help the event .. nothing wrong with that >>>the seminars will be videoed and that video will be made available after the event.<< will that be free or for sale |

Thanks to everyone for the interest and for the help in bumping this thread and keeping it visible. As to the video, we have not made a decision on that at this point. Let us get through it and make sure the technology comes through for us![]() I hope that helps to clear up any confusion. |

I’m still considering. Since the specific service I’d like to advertise actually IS for Bonanzle sellers it would be a good deal for me, but I need a TEENY bit more informatioon, since a one-line credit for 0.6 seconds on a presentation screen while people are munching their lunch will NOT be remembered (and doesn’t carry much info) I feel my best chance is with the goodie bags or “swag” as you call it. Sooo, I need to know about how many peeps would be attending: how much swag I have to produce and deliver before the deadline? And anyone with good ideas for useful but INEXPENSIVE swag items post them here. IF I do this I’ll be printing my own trifold fliers and biz cards (Crazy to spend like $30 for 100 cards and an additional $10 to ship which looks like the going rate online — that’s 40 cents a card!). What else is good and CHEAP? Mugs Tshirts etc are nice but WAYY out of my budget. Maybe in a couple years. I don’t think anyone cares about keychains. Bookmarks I can make cheaply but do peeps realy use them? If I do this I might do some magnets with biz card info on them, I can make those too. I’m sitting here (huffing and puffing) on break from mowing my 2 acre lawn with a hand mower (the rider scares me) and wracking my brain for things I can TRADE to someone to do it for me the rest of the summer (homemade apple butter, homemade blackberry jam and plum jams 2 kinds and grape jam and oh yeah their own website — anything I can do from a chair!). My brain is boiling over … |

Hey Conjure, As to ideas for promo type items, my best guess is to google it, and see if any ideas come through that way. I can say that you are on the right track in wanting to create something that people will actually use, those are the ones I still have and remember from past events. And yes, I personally do use a bookmark. Our old librarian taught me real quick not to dog ear the pages in what she considered HER books, lol Phaedra |

Conjure you could make a flyer of your services with screen shots of your works with any important info like your booth link etc., That could be placed in the swag bags. |

Oh conjurewoman: You need a riding mower. There is nothing to be afraid of. If I had to do our 3 acres on foot I would be under the ground that’s being mowed lol. It’s hard to find kids who will work any more. Go to Sears let them explain to you how easy they are to use. Then think about it. |
