Since every order has tracking, that is the proof that we did ship the package. I'm am not responsible for lost/stolen items by USPS. I will only refund the cost of the item LESS the shipping cost if the tracking number says it has NOT been delivered. I am not obligated to replace/refund items. Please check with your local post office with the tracking number for misplaced items.
